Inclusion
Our goal is to foster a culture where all people feel included, valued, and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work. We plan to do this by taking the following actions:
- Provide training related to diversity, equity and inclusion at every level of the organization.
- Commit to launching self-organized, self-led Employee Resource Groups that will help to educate the company and to increase awareness and embracing of diversity at Research Square Company.
- Promote a safe, healthy and welcoming environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
